Eating Healthy Will Save You Money and Time

It is important to have a meal planned out for the week, therefore you will less likely to eat out and spend your more money. When you don't plan ahead you are most likely to pick your first option that might be costly and unhealthy. Planning your meals for the day will spend endless hours wasted on traveling to get something to eat and the decision on what you should eat. If you pack you lunch and take it to work it will give you more time to go for a walk during your break, less time trying to figure out what you want for lunch and will ensure you are eating healthy!!!!!

Its important to keep you kitchen full of healthy foods, to make breakfast at home, pack your lunch and plan your dinners to save time, money and keep you healthy.

What Should Really be in Your 2011 Fitness Goals?

The one most important idea for your fitness goals this year, is make sure they are measurable. They should be simple and to the point. Lets get started.

1. Move more throughout the day!

2. Drink a cup of water before a meal!

3. Watch one less tv show a day!

4. Purchase wheat products!

5. Try one new Fitness activity, example: TRX!

6. Changed your workout routine every month!

7. Every 30 min. you are sitting down get up!!!! run in place, do a few jumping jacks!

8. Can't get to the gym , have a back up plan, design a simple 20-30 min. workout

9. Eat meals on smaller plates!

10. Going out to eat, put half into a go box!

I hope this got you motivated to think simple this year.

Static stretching after your workout or sporting event at least 3 sets holding for 30 secounds will improve you range of motion after time, you will soon see results with in about 6 weeks.
